Wedding Wednesday

Happy Hump Day!  Today I’m here to share some pictures from last weekend’s bachelorette festivities with 7 other lovely ladies.  We stayed at The Westin Copley Place in a Junior Suite in Boston, MA and the room and view were gorgeous!

The super adorable bags with favors and hangover kits.  I can’t take credit for the bags, the lovely bride to be did them!

close up of the bags and DIY glitter wine glasses.  I made all of the wine glasses and attached each girls initial and birthstone so we knew which glass was ours.  They loved them!

Here is just some of what was in the bag.  Mini champagne, shot glass, sunglasses (of course!), light up ring pop, candy necklace, pink straw, compact mirror and the hangover kit included gum, Aleve, hair ties, chap-stick, Emergen-C, Detox tea, granola bar, and makeup wipes.  Again, the girls loved them and we actually got lots of use from them!

no bachelorette party is complete without champagne and shots!

once we arrived at the hotel and had a few drinks, we did our makeup and then headed over to The Dry Bar (Back Bay location).  This was my first experience and I hope not my last!  We all had so much fun and the stylists did a great job, plus the place is adorable!  I did the Cosmo-Tai (not listed above.)

more champagne!

done with hair and headed back to the hotel to finish getting ready!

and the final product!  My dress is Guess via Macy’s and shoes are BCBG via DSW.

mirror selfie before heading to dinner

not the best picture buuut it’ll do.  We ate at The Brahmin and I HIGHLY recommend it.  They serve “small plates” but the pizza (as you can see) , salads and burgers are normal size.  Seriously everything we ordered was outstanding and the place turns into a dance club after 10pm.

selfies with two of my girlies!

all the girls!!  This is right before heading to the Liquor Store.  I don’t know if I would go back there.  It wasn’t the worst place ever and maybe it was just that night, but there wasn’t a ton of people.  On the plus side, they did have a mechanical bull (which I did not ride).  Overall we did have a great time though =)

Have a great night!

Wedding Wednesday: Bachelorette Bash

I organized (with the the help of the other bridesmaids) a bachelorette party which happens to be this weekend.  I am soooo excited.  It should be an amazing time with 7 other ladies.  I felt it fitting to share some of my top choices for bachelorette attire.  More often than not, I think, the attire tends to be LBD which is fine by me.  But little black dress don’t have to be boring and there are lots of ways to spice them up with fun shoes and accessories.  Bonus, little black dresses never go out of style!

Bachelorette Bash: little black dress required

Do you have any bachelorette parties coming up?  Which dress would be your pick?

All dresses and shoes are from Lulu’s because their stuff is amazing! (this is not a sponsored post, I just like them!)

Have a great Wednesday!
